"We had a wonderful experience with Jansen Collision Repair. We had two options for the repair of damage to our lift gate. Denny explained the pros and cons of each option thoroughly and put no pressure on us as to which one to choose.

Since we were private pay, the decision was left to us. We had a very short wait time to get our vehicle in for repair, and repairs were completed within the advised time frame.

Because we are a one vehicle family, we needed a car for the four days needed for repairs. Thankfully, they offer loaner cars at no cost to customers thus saving us the cost of a rental vehicle.

Denny and his office staff are so personable and welcoming. We would heartily recommend them to anyone in need of car body repairs."
